Meet the Founder
Bridget Leung-Rogala, Founder & Principal
Across nearly three decades, I’ve led advancement strategy for educational institutions and community nonprofits — from annual fundraising to campaign readiness to donor portfolio stabilization. I founded Hills to Harbors because too many organizations lose momentum while waiting months for permanent advancement leadership. Donor relationships cool, staff burnout grows, and systems start to shake. My work is built for the moments when the work can’t pause.
My approach is straightforward:
Stabilize what’s urgent
Reinforce what’s load‑bearing
Build what’s missing
Leave the organization stronger than I found it
I partner directly with CEOs, boards, and advancement teams to restore traction, sharpen donor strategy, and build architecture that carries the work long after my engagement ends. Hills to Harbors provides fractional advancement leadership, sharp assessments, and fundraising systems designed for organizations in motion — built for lift, steadiness, and momentum.
Builder. Stabilizer. Advancement Leader.
How We Work
A catalyst when the work needs to move.
We meet organizations in the thick of it — steadying the fires, fortifying the core, and building what’s coming next. Our work blends strategy, story, and shoulder‑to‑shoulder partnership so teams can shift from scrambling to surging with traction and momentum.
Strategic
Architecture
We design structures, systems, and workflows that move advancement teams out of reactive mode and into steady, repeatable momentum.
Data with Teeth
We use data to surface pressure points, patterns, and opportunities that actually change behavior — not dashboards that sit untouched.
Narrative Voltage
We sharpen the stories that spark donor movement - the messages that energize teams, clarify mission, and anchor fundraising strategy.
Embedded
Leadership
We step inside your shop, steady the work, lift capacity, and build what’s next — functioning as part of your team, not outside it.
